Every great adventure has an origin story..

..LFE's started at the beginning of 2020, three friends with multiple jobs between us, all watched our lives get turned upside down. Covid-19 hit and all three of us were forced on unemployment, struggling for months just trying to make ends meet. We then saw hope and went back to work for a couple of months, but the shutdowns begin again.

One day we were hanging out, talking about our ups and downs and looking for jobs. Then it hit us: We have tons of experience. We love what we do and we're really good at it. While all the places we had worked now struggled to keep their doors open, we'd make our own way: That's when we decided to take things into our own hands and start a food truck.

Our philosophy about the food truck dining experience is simple:
