Every great adventure has an origin story..
..LFE's started at the beginning of 2020, three friends with multiple jobs between us, all watched our lives get turned upside down. Covid-19 hit and all three of us were forced on unemployment, struggling for months just trying to make ends meet. We then saw hope and went back to work for a couple of months, but the shutdowns begin again.
One day we were hanging out, talking about our ups and downs and looking for jobs. Then it hit us: We have tons of experience. We love what we do and we're really good at it. While all the places we had worked now struggled to keep their doors open, we'd make our own way: That's when we decided to take things into our own hands and start a food truck.

Our philosophy about the food truck dining experience is simple:

LFE Rib Eye Steak Sando
Perfectly cooked rib eye steak served on a toasted ciabatta bread with havarti cheese, topped with LFE Chimichurri Sauce, a thick slice of heirloom tomato, and arugula salad. Perfect with a side of fries, onion rings, LFE Mac n Cheese, potato salad, or slaw.
LFE Cheesesteak Hoagie
A tender Rib Eye Steak sliced thin and cooked with Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, pickled jalapeƱo and melted Provolone Cheese on a toasted Hoagie roll.
LFE Pulled Pork Sando (Smokey or BBQ)
Smokey flavored Pork with Housemade BBQ Sauce, topped with fresh spicy Coleslaw and pickles on a toasted Brioche Bun.
LFE Crispy Fried Chicken Sando
Juicy fried Chicken on a toasted Brioche Bun topped with Coleslaw and Pickles Housemade Honey Mustard.
